update

Here's a little update: I am staying with my folks in Fresno until December 1st, my slated time for departure for the Great Northwest. Lots of family around, and that's great. I'm having fun hanging out with the munchkins (see below) and the family, and slowly feeling more and more ready to leave. I should be in Olytown by the 2nd in the evening, so, Northerners, get ready to visit! I'll try to keep up with the blog, but lately I haven't felt much like putting the energy in, so we'll see how that goes. I may explode with verbosity, and then again, may not. It's a crap-shoot.
