As you can see, it has no cheese. It may seem sad at first, but let me tell you that it is quite joyful! The sauce is a sweet onion and mushroom spread, and the toppings (though a little scarce) are tomatoes and artichoke hearts. Ten minutes in the oven and oh SOOOOOO tasty!Next is this little item:
That's right. Soy ice cream. Like the title suggests, it is actually "soy creamy"! Most rice and soy ice creams I've had leave something to be desired, but not this one. Even you dairy eaters would probably like it!Just thought I'd share.
